* Deposit of 25% secures your booking. Remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
* Minimum rental period is 7 nights.
* Smoking is only permitted outside.
* Pets may be able to be accommodated - please contact us to discuss.
* €300 refundable security deposit payable.
* Cancellation: all payments (except security deposit) are non-refundable.
